Refunds will be done only through the original mode of Online Payment. Please allow between 3 and 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed (depending on your bank). If this is not achievable, then you are to contact OG Classic at accounts@og-classic.com, attaching the original receipt. For any goods purchased, they can be returned to our showroom for exchange, or our team will handle your refund through the original mode of Online Payment.
